The client page is built to be read on a phone or in a meeting. It carries your agency’s identity and nothing about how Fount works.

Evidence: Each candidate carries the quotes that support the recommendation.
Judgment: A written reason for every candidate, plus the question to ask next.
Practical detail: Notice period and work authorization where you have them.
Your identity: Your agency name, color, and contact email. Fount does not appear.
No contact details: Candidate email and phone never appear on the client page or PDF.
Your sign-off: Nothing publishes until you have reviewed every candidate and written the reason for each.

Is Fount an ATS?

No. Fount sits after your sourcing and screening. It is the shortlist layer you hand to a client, not the system where you store every candidate relationship.

Does Fount source candidates?

No. You bring the people you have already spoken to. Fount helps you turn what you know into a shortlist the client can read and act on.

What happens after seven days?

The client link expires. Your shortlist stays in your workspace. Publishing again creates a new version and a new link.

Will my client know it’s Fount?

No. The client page and PDF carry your agency’s name, color, and contact email. Fount is not displayed.

Can I download the shortlist as a PDF?

Yes. Every published shortlist can be downloaded as a PDF with the same branding and content as the client page.
